When founder Hannah Hakze (1954-2006) started in 1979 she already had a clear view on her mission: "It's not about what you do for your skin, but how you do it." It was a motto Hannah remained loyal to throughout her prestigious career. A solution should always be available to improve the skin’s condition and to maintain a healthy, youthful skin long into the future. The key is using the right techniques and products. Driven by the need for perfection, Hannah was passionately committed to developing and constantly improving these methods. Through this she could give everyone a helping hand in achieving and maintaining beautiful and, above all, healthy skin. She was also highly skilled and very successful in sharing her knowledge both nationally and internationally. Her passion for skincare enabled Hannah to successfully motivate, teach and train others in her methods. She also wrote two inspirational books.

In 2004 Monica van Ee joined the company. With her knowledge in the beauty industry, her commercial and communicating skills, her expertise in (sun)light and equipment with light, Monica lifted hannah to a higher level. Nowadays Monica van Ee is the present CEO of hannah Skin Improvement Research Company and is accompanied with a highly skilled and committed hannah team!
